Snyder's best personnel move of the series will subject him to some second-guessing, as to why he didn't use Dante Exum more with point guard George Hill remaining injured and Shelvin Mack and Raul Neto struggling.
The 2nd half answers that. I don't think Neto has struggled. He doesn't get to play more than a couple minutes no matter what the does. He should've been playing all year long. He competes. He defends. He hits shots. Needs to work on finishing among the trees. A floater like Mack would help. He should be the back-up going into next year. Dante is more of a wing right now

They lost Carlos Boozer, Kyle Korver and Wesley Matthews in free agency that summer
So now it’s speculation time. Will Gordon Hayward take free agency to another team? Will George Hill? Joe Ingles? Can the Jazz afford everything on their wish list? Will Rudy Gobert run for office?
No! Ingles goes unless it's a very team friendly deal or Hayward insists upon it. Johnson is dealt. They'll go into the season with Favors and Burks hoping they can get healthy and than deal them. Favors almost certainly by the deadline. November Hill they need! Might have to wait on the PF until Favors is dealt. Bolomboy backing him up until then. Neto back-up Hill. Exum hopefully ready to start at the 2 or back-up Hood
IRON INGLES: Thanks to all the injuries the Jazz sustained throughout the season, just one player ended up appearing in every single contest for Utah.
Swingman Joe Ingles was the Jazz's ironman and finished the campaign averaging 7.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 24 minutes per game.
Through three seasons with the Jazz, the Australian has missed just four games.
were any of them due to injury? He wasn't supposed to be in the rotation this year either!

In terms of on-court fit, I can't imagine how Gordon Hayward would rather play with Isaiah Thomas than Rudy Gobert.

Not tough to imagine really. It's not just two guys. Boston is more likely to spend whatever it takes to win it all.
