Uh no. I saw him get destroyed in coverage way too often for that distinction.
I can't think of many plays where this happened. The Hogan TD against the Patriots was terrible and he missed a couple of key tackles, but IMO he was the main reason the Ravens went from having the least takeaways in the NFL in 2015 to something like the third most in 2016.
Chris Harris Jr at 63 is pretty bad. Arguably the best CB in the game. Have a feeling Talib is going to be ranked alot higher but there not that far apart if at all. He's for sure a top 3 CB, and not sure how that gets him ranked at 63. I'd say outside of Von Miller he's the second/third best player on the team.
Man Jordan Howard better be on this damn list if freakin Jay Ajayi made it. They guy had half his yardage total in 3 games. It's not very likely he's gonna have 3 200 yd games next season.
Howard's season was just as impressive as Zeke's except he wasn't running behind an All-Pro O-Line. And teams weren't scared of Hoyer/Barkley throwing the ball. Not to mention he didn't start til Week 4 and only had like less than 10 carries the two games before (he missed Week 1). The kid is a stud and a building block.
EDIT : So, just noticed that Ike Taylor said no Bear made the Top 100. Ridiculous. Second leading rusher in the league. Fourth highest average in the league (top two guys had less than 150 carries). AP made the list. Ajayi made the list but not Howard. Only proves the point the players are dumb AF.

Many of them are definitely dumb but I aside from that I don't think any of them put any real thought into this. The voting process for this is done during Thanksgiving (*could explain Howard left off), and the players involved just make a top-20 list. The entire top-100 list is based off every players top-20.
So everyone you see here made some players top-20 at Thanksgiving last season. Which makes that much more evident that a kicker being voted in was a literally a joke pulled off.
