Default Ben Gordon a Bobcat?

M.J. might try to get BG7 for a sign and trade for with Gerald Wallace. M.J. is talking about how Gerald Wallace's shooting has improved and how his size would be good at the shooting guard position for the Bulls. BG7 would reunite with Emeka Okafor.

http://chicagosports.chicagotribune....ulls-headlines

Gerald Wallace did have a good year. 18pts 7rbs and 33%3pt.

I kind of like this idea.

That post kind of contradicts itself. We have a huge hole at SG and if Wallaces shooting is indeed improving than why cant we insert him in our lineup at SG and have Hermann/Morrison or one of our draft picks play at the 3? Ben Gordon is a liability on the defensive end anyhow. Richard Hamilton took him to the wood shed in the Detroit Chicago series.

When I first read the title, I thought "Hell yeah", but for GW, Hell no. Wallace is greatly improving offensively and he's a defensive beast. Now, if they want to trade for either Morrison, BK, Brezec or May, I'd be glad to do that.

I wouldn't trade Gerald Wallace for any player on Chicago's roster straight up.

It worries me to think that MJ would pull the rug out from under the fans (so to speak) by doing something so drastic and unforgivable as trading G-Dub. Could MJ be trusted again after that? Not by me..................

If trading Wallace improves the team I say go for it. Im not for trading for Gordon, but it would make sense. The team is in desperate need of a true 2 guard. Wallace is more of a 3/4 than a 2. If I knew for a fact that we could get Brewer than the Wallace for Gordon trade wouldnt look toooo bad.

Felton,Gordon,Brewer,Okafor.

Felton,Brewer,Wallace, Okafor.

Guess its just what you prefer. We do have too many true SF's on the team and hardly any true SG's though, so it could address a depth issue.

What about morrison for Gordon? both 3rd overall picks and I'd rather let him go than G-Dub! Only reason I can see for doing origional trade is if we're loosing Wallace for nothing in return which I guess could happen

A Morrison trade would seem sensible since we have Herrmann who seems to be waaaay more valuable than Morrison right now.

Perhaps a Morrison/Knight/Brezec for Gordon/Draft pick or filler?
