If Brady plays ok or worse and Steelers win this week I could see a situation where Wentz still wins mvp.

Pats coming off a lose and typically owning the Steelers make it unlikely though.

MVP race is wide open . Its there for Brown, Wilson or Brady to take and if none of them want it Wentz is lurking on the sideline.

Eh I donít see them giving it to wentz when MVP is pretty much trendiest player and wentz will be out of talks for a while

I think Brown and Wilson are right there but Brady is the odds on favorite if he finished the season with a 105+ passer rating and the #1 seed

Brown can get it if they beat the Patriots, Patriots lose their bye, Wilson loses against the rams and doesnít get a bye.

Wilson gets I guess if the Seahawks get the division, has a 100+ passer rating, Brady falls off a cliff, and his only competition is Brown.

Might have to put Gronk in this conversation. Dude was catching passes thrown at his feet and dominated on that last drive

If Brady does not win the MVP this season, the voters should all be stripped of their voting rights.

Brown gets injured. Wilson gets thrashed by the Rams. Pats play final 2 games at home.

Brady is your MVP.

I remember a season Peyton won MVP because he had like 4 game winning drives and had a like a 97 passer rating

If brady doesn’t get the MVP the double standard is real

The US sports media (mostly from New York, and mostly Giants/Jets fans) have such real hatred for Brady....they can't even remotely hide it.

Lmao remember when Carson Wentz was an MVP candidate?
His ****ing backup just led the team to the superbowl, had that happened to Tom Brady he would never sniff the MVP conversation ever again

Eagles strength of schedule so far is under .400, the Pats have had a tougher schedule so far. Eagles attempt a pass about 51% of the time, which is very low when compared to the other teams in the league. They are top 3 in rushing yards and rushing yards per attempt. They allow the least rushing yards in the NFL, and are top 5 in rushing yards per attempt allowed, their passing defense has more interceptions than they have allowed touchdowns, and are top 5 in passing yards allowed per attempt. Eagles are the most balanced team in the league by a wide margin, if you put someone like Kirk Cousins on that team they wouldn't miss a beat, heck they might even be better.

Now you compare that to what Brady has, average running game, inconsistent offensive line, defense which is no where near as good as the Eagles D. It's really no secret Brady has to carry his team more than Wentz.

Now compare Brady & Wentz statistically and it's pretty damn laughable when you try to say Wentz has an edge over Brady in the MVP. Brady has a higher comp% by 8-9%, more than 700 passing yards, higher YPA, better TD/INT ratio. Let's be real, the only reason why this is even a discussion is because Brady is expected to put these numbers, while Wentz is a young up and coming QB who is just making a name for himself.

My post back in November, Eagles just made the super bowl without Wentz with that stacked team. The Patriots needed Brady to bail them out in the 4th to squeak out a super bowl birth.

Shame on people who thought Wentz should be MVP over Brady.
