Default No excuses for the Cavs

They also have a big 4 (Bran, IT, Love, and Wade) and a deeper bench than the Warriors.

Last I checked...

Durant + Thompson + Curry + Green > LeBron + Thomas + Love + Wade

And that's if Thomas comes back healthy still.

It's really a marginal overall difference on paper so still no excuses.

Someone will always be the underdog in any playoff series. Doesn't mean they lose or that they don't match up well

I can't name a single player who'd use being the "underdog" as anything but motivation

A lot of the Warriors team has been together for over a season. They've won a championship together and don't have any major changes to their lineup/rotation except maybe Omar Casspi and Nick Young getting some burn now.

The Cavs literally have brought in half a new team and traded away their number 1 shot taker on offense in Kyrie (yes he led the team in shots).

Thomas isn't expected back until January at the earliest, Wade is playing with a new team, Rose is on a new team, Jae Crowder will have a reduced role compared to what he was doing in Boston, Jeff Green is on a new team and might play a big role.

Warriors > Cavs in all aspects.

The crazy thing is last years finals should've been a toss up based on the reffing...they had dray in foul trouble the first two games, and then gave Cleveland a huge home court advantage...even setting a record for FTs in the first Q of game 4. Caves should've won game 3 with the late lead they had @ home. It would've probably gone 7 in that case with all the pressure on the dubs not to choke again in a one game sample.

I don't think it will be all that close this year though even with Adam trying to tilt for a longer series and more money....

1-4 every Warrior is better than every Cav.

the only close one is LeBron-whoever, but I'll still take the Warrior over lebron whether its Curry or durant.

2, 3, and 4 it's not even close. not to mention that the cavs stars are a terrible fit together. you can't have this many guys on the court at the same time that can't play D and/or can't shoot threes.

Bran is better than both Kevin Durant and Steven Curry.
