Default 2018 Cavs: Deepest team in NBA History?

They are going to obliterate every Bench in the league. If Bron doesnt beat the Warriors with this squad he should just retire.

Ironic..the only Wilt record Bron ever broke was greatest Ppg drop off in Finals back in 2011.

@topic:

Lebron had some of the most stacked teams, I am sure he will find a way to loose with his shameless stat padding

just because you know who the players are doest mean it's deep.

If all of those players are in their primes and healthy, maybe it is.

Coaching is a big part. Also log jams and egos.

Coaching is huge for this team.

Derrick
Wade
Bron

The best shooter in this lineup is LeBron. Spacing issues against certain teams

Warriors starting 5 is still better and do is their bench

Wage closes the gap for sure but the warriors had one of the best benches in the league last year.

I am pretty sure the coaching staff is sharp enough to recognize that those three probably shouldn't play a ton together unless you have Korver and Love or Frye out there with them... and then there are defensive issues.

But, this is where Love is such a huge piece. His presence pulls a big (often times a team's only big) away from the basket, but he also gives you elite rebounding. That's a rare combination (elite shooting/elite rebounding) and it allows the Cavs to get really creative with lineups.

This is the one I'm curious to see...

LeBron
Wade
Korver
Crowder
Love

LBJ and Wade can handle playmaking duties surrounded by dangerous shooters, Love can create from the elbow, there would be the rebounding and with four wings, you can get really switchy on screens.

You could also replace Korver with JR and have a similar result.

It's only going to get deeper. You know Lebron "top heavy" James is already threatening management in to trading the Brooklyn pick.
