Default Jae Crowder isnít a two-way player..

Heís a pretty good defender, but his offense is limited to spot up 3 point shots from the corner.

So yes, heís above average defensively, but his offense is so limited he is unplayable against the elite competition in the league.

Watch for him to get exposed this season.

The Cavs won't be asking much from his offense, they got Love, Isaiah, Wade and ofcourse James. And then JR and Rose.

Cavs are the most stacked Team in the NBA right now. As the most stacked team, they would still lose as Lebron doesn't play any defense and always disappears in the 4th Quarter

I actually agree in that he's mostly just a spot up shooter and an average cutter. My god, watching him try to dribble is pathetic. But as another poster said, they'll have LeBron, Wade, IT, Love and JR to do a bulk of the offensive work.

He is a perfect 3 and D guy for Cavs..he will defend scrap and knock down some 3s and run the floor.

Except he's playing with Lebron who made JJ Hickson look like an all-star...

This. And he's basically replacing TT in the starting lineup.
We could care less if Crowder scores 10 or 15 points a night...

"Offense limited to spot-up 3's in the corner"

Crowder finished 2016-17 in the 98th percentile as a cutter, according to Synergy. Among players with at least 50 such opportunities, only the bouncy Aaron Gordon had a higher point-per-possession mark than Cleveland’s new starting power forward.

Also ranked 21st in the league in 3PT% among players with at least 300 attempts (39.8%)

You goofballs need to quit the trolling

Spot up 3 point shots from the corner are all this team is going to need him to do offensively come playoff time.
