no dude... people just want to see competitive basketball. Without Lebron and his super teams to breathe some life into the Least they wouldve made the change a while ago.

Everyone knows your agenda. You fool nobody.

What super team was LeBron on his first 7 years? Lmao

The Heat were a super team but 15-17 Cavs are more debatable. Wade and Bosh>>>>Kyrie and Love

To be clear, they don't need a majority vote to change the playoff structure. They need 75% vote. Which means IT. WILL. NEVER. HAPPEN.

Fanbois don't want to hear about the "weak east" and overall conference disparity.

Its not just them though.

Its in the leagues BEST interests to see the games most popular player in the finals. EVERY year until the wheels fall off.

Unless ratings plummet and the majority of owners welcome said idea, they have no incentive for "change".

The 1987 Lakers faced a 37-45, a 42-40 and a 39-43 team en route to the finals. The league didn't do shit then either. This isn't because of LeBron. Some of you guys must check for LeBron under your bed before going to sleep. Sheesh

yea and immediately after that, in that conference emerged John stockton, karl malone, david robinson, hakeem olajuwan, clyde drexler (& stacked portland teams)... what teams in the East are rocking that kind of talent going forward?

Its a dead conference in a couple years.

Only dumbphucks think they're not changing the format (that's been in place forever) due to LeBron.

The League has been protecting Lebron. If the NBA balance the playoffs, Lebron would get annihilated. This player doesn't know how to play defense and his legacy have been tainted on playing in a weak conference

So they must've faced some juggernauts in the PO's the next season, right? The '88 Lakers faced a 31 win Spurs team, 47 win Jazz team, 53 win Mavs team, and a 54 win Pistons team in the PO's and Finals.

In '85, they faced a 36 win Suns team, 42 win Blazers team, and a 52 win Nuggets team.
