so what exactly happened? i was listening to the game on the radio
Boeheim was signaling for a TO but the ref didn't call it until UConn had possession of the ball, so Syracuse was given the timeout and the ball. Then the refs call a weaksauce foul. And....

CALHOUN IS BACK!!
wow, yeah the announcers were going crazy on the radio. so what do we have to do to even make the ncaa tourny?
UConn has a really nice schedule to end the season on. They play 4 of the 6 Big East bubble teams (Cincy, Notre Dame, USF, Louisville). They also have an easy win in Rutgers. UConn also has 2 opportunities to make HUGE statements in games against Villanova and WVU.
Cincy
@Villanova
@Rutgers
West Virginia
Louisville
@Notre Dame
@USF
UConn needs to go 5-2 or 6-1. If they go 5-2, one win has to be against either WVU/Nova and they can't lose to Cincy, Louisville, or USF. UConn has a real shot at getting in, and if they win out the rest of the season and go 1-1 or 2-1 in the BET, they have a shot at 5 seed or in that area.
Actually, UConn can't make the tournament. They have scored 25 points in 28 minutes. They have more turnovers than field goals and free throws combined. NIT!

Nice win, but I already know they are going to lose to Rutgers and then beat WVU. They play to the level of their opponent. Sometimes its good, mostly bad though.
