Default Harden vs LeBron 2017

Who are you taking first?

Harden gives you elite penetration and playmaking

LeBrons slowing down but can score, rebound and has better defense and championship experience

Tough one but Im leaning towards Harden because of the combination of points and assists in todays faster-paced game.. But it's close and the game slows down in the playoffs.

Can LeBron run with Harden? Not sure James is ideal in a D'antoni pace.

Absolutely. They would be unreal together. James setting up James...over and over again.

LeBron, Harden, Eric Gordon, Clint Capela and all the 3 and D shooters they have already have is enough to win a chip.

I would say add CP too, but I don't think they'd have enough cap space and he's redundant with Harden AND LeBron.

Let's be real.

LeBron is going to seriously consider coming to Houston to take down GSW.

Lebron will go anywhere when there's enough help.

IMO Spurs would be option 1. He's always respected Pop, and you know Pop will prolong Bron's career with minute restriction & resting him. Trading LMA for some offensive scoring option while Mudiay, Kawhi, Bron and the scoring option would be brutal.

Lebron's defense has drastically deteriorated, he should go to a team that is sound defensively rather than one that gets exposed. Though with the Rockets, he gets his favorite thing. An entire team that loves chucking 3s at will.

I don't think people realize how amazing a Harden-LeBron duo would be.

Think about how Bron thrived with an iso-guard with below average playmaking in Kyrie...now imagine LBJ being paired with another amazing ISO player who also happens to be one of the best playmakers in basketball. Unreal.

Plus, LeBron's inside game paired with Harden's range would be crazy.

Harden
Eric Gordon
LeBron/Ariza
Anderson/Mbah Moute/Tucker
Capela

As a GSW fan, I know that squad would make you nervous. LeBron and Harden surrounded by shooters and great wing defenders? C'mon now.

So how exactly do any of you expect any halfway decent team to pay LeBron next off-season?

The only team that will be relatively good next year that also has the cap space is Philadelphia... that's it... and he's not a good fit for Philadelphia at all.

I'm not entirely sure that LeBron has proven himself to be coachable so him going to San Antonio much less being successful in San Antonio is an absolute pipe dream on multiple fronts.

If the Rockets let Paul walk, they would 42 million in cap space to sign LeBron. Yeah, they could make it happen.

Any squad with Lebron makes me nervous but still confident. Obviously Lebron joining the Rockets, Spurs and OKC only if PG stays because he's an elite defender would make me nervous.
