Cap is projected to be 108 million next year, give or take.

They're on the books for 80.5 right now and that's letting Chris Paul AND Trevor Ariza walk.

That's also LeBron taking a hefty paycut... which he obviously has done before but will he do it for Houston? Unsure.

I personally don't really think LeBron makes Houston any better in the same way I don't think Chris Paul really does either.

See my previous post to hold my L. LeBron on this current Rockets squad, minus Chris Paul (Ariza too), makes them unreal.

If LeBron accepts Trevor Ariza's role, sure... I could get behind that... but if LeBron is the primary ball handler instead of Harden, they've gotten worse.

LeBron does not penetrate to the hoop as well as Harden does, now in 2018.

LeBron would play multiple roles: secondary ball-handler, post-player, slasher, and pick-and-roll finisher.

Bron is playing more like a PF this year as it is.

If that's true, then yes of course they get better... I'm just not sure it's true.

Since when has LeBron not made everything about LeBron? He did this shit in Miami also, minus the 2011 Finals lol.

LeBron playing multiple roles wouldn't stop him from still being the overall best player on the team. I see no reason why it would bother him.

Lebron right now is true definition of offensive positionless ball.

He's a great SF
He can play PG
He's a good PF

His butter is in the post and I can tell he only likes to use it when he needs to.

But he still needs a Closer to seal the deal. He will get you to the gates but you need a real killer to get you inside.

True, not like he was the one dropping 45 in Boston, 37 against the Spurs in Game 7, b2b 41 point games against the Warriors, a triple double in Game 7 etc.

Legendary games but if they went down to the wire you worry about going to LeBron in the clutch.

Hit the 3 that made Ray's 3 possible. Closed G7 and the series on a jumper in '13. Had shit ton of clutch plays in '16 G7, including scoring 8 straight and hitting 3 FT's, not to mention the one that sealed the game and the series.
