His game reminds me of a poor man's Blake.

He's a willing passer/playmaker, he averaged almost 4 assists last season in less than 30 minutes a game, that's more than most guards I would think. He could be an all-star if he worked hard enough but it's too early to say. He has the athletic ability to score 20+ a night but will he work on his right hand ?

Most of it will really depend on the number of teams REALLY willing to use their cap room to sign him. I'm not sure if there are a lot of teams willing to pay that much considering the glut of good front court players not getting paid..
There's more need of stretch 4's, that is why Channing Fye is still playing.
Memphis lost Zach Randolph and they just started losing bec of other injuries, Kings still sucks.... How many teams now are really thriving with a low post Power forward besides the Spurs?
Currently he is doing pretty good as a back up center, outhustling other bench players, benefiting from Clarkson's creativeness via handoffs etc.
I too would like to keep him but at a right price.

BUMP

Whats his worth?

Dude has been balling. If you look at his numbers as a starter? Dude is just being a bully.

If he ever learns how to knock down an open jumper while continuing to improve? He is only 23 years old. This is really his 3rd year in the L. and Luke was riding him on the bench.

So if he continues to put up the 21/9 with good defense on 55-60% shooting, and lakers win near 40 games, what is his

Worth? Value?

What kind of deal will he get?

What kind of career can he have?

All star? Top option on a good team?

I haven't seen a lot of Julius this year.

I always felt he excels on a team that runs, allows him to make plays on the break and he bogs down in the half court.

You pay big that can't stretch the floor or protect the rim in today's league, you will regret that contract the moment the ink dries.

He's played well as of recent, but he's a looter in a riot on the current Lakers current team.

I would pay him $15mil/yr, which is very much reasonable.

Something like 60mil/4yrs. 4th yr with a team option. Backend the money a bit into 3rd/4th year so we still have some wiggling room upcoming summer and 2019 summer.

Randle seems like a cancer that will play hero ball. I wouldn't pay more than 10 a year. That's pushing it.

Talking out of your ass again for a team you openly hate and sit there trolling about day and night.

I would be hesitant to pay Randle big bucks on a 3+ year deal. He's exactly the kind of player that will play his ass off during his contract year then coast after he gets it, especially on the defensive side. He's playing great now but I don't trust him. I say keep him on a short leash or cut him free.
