I just did the math with itemized deductions instead of standard and i'm actually closer to 10-12% increase in post-tax income.

This is amazing, just in time for the holidays.

The middle class is back.

MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN SINCE 2016

May I also remind everyone that not a single Democrat voted to lower your taxes.

So... if you'd like to 'pay your fair share' anyway, feel free to donate your excess income. Really, if every Democrat did so, there wouldn't be much need for government welfare programs.

Good. Now watch them come back to slash medicare/medicaid/social security/insurance benefits next in early 2018. Mark it down.

The wealthy and upper middle income in high tax states like California and New York are fuming. You can now only deduct up to $10,000 total in state, local and property taxes. Shouldn’t affect non wealthy people in states like Texas and Florida at all unless they have a really, really expensive property. They brought down the mortgage deduction cap. So people with a house between $750k-1 million are a little pissed.

Let’s hope so. Cant spend as much if we aint taxin as much.

If you live in NY, Cali, etc, write your reps and tell them to lower your state taxes. That way the deduction issue wont be so significant. Then use the money you generate from a strengthening economy to save for retirement.

Or cry bc the government isnt giving you lots of thingses for free.

Whatever you wanna do

This. Dumbasses made their states so blue that they're gonna be taxed to death for life.
