Default Tony or Tim: Who's your finals MVP?

Yes, I'm fully aware that they need one more game to win but as of right now, who's your finals MVP? I was thinking TP for a while but then I checked Duncan's numbers and they are just as good or even better.

Parker

27/4/7
30/4/2
17/5/3

Duncan

24/13/1
23/9/8
14/9/3

Maybe a possibility of Co-Finals MVPS?

Its going to be Timmy Duncan in the end.

I wish the MVP actually went to the most active on defense.

T. Parker also shot like crap, 7-17, scopred 17 points, co-led in asssits but had 0 steals or blocks.

Gino doesn't qualify for his Game 3.

The actual best Game 3 was had by LeBron, who didn't shoot well but led all scorers with 25, 8 rebounds, 7 assists a handful of blocks and steals.

Due to the win, Game 3 goes to Duncan

Game 3 easily goes to Bowen. 13 points on 8 shots, 9 rebounds, and stellar defense on LBJ.

Finals MVP should take the entire playoffs into consideration I really think. Winning the Suns, Nuggets, Jazz series were just as important as winning the last one. It's ridiculous if those performances don't count. If they don't count the award is just plain stupid.

Nice game by Bowen, but more like Horry's Game 2 -- great effort ,nice job -- but not Finals MVP worthy

Tony Parker. We need a foreigner to win the NBA Finals MVP.

How so? Sasha immediately came back and drained a 3 to bring it back down to 2 points.

A media reporter just said to Tim Duncan that the consensus between all those people there in the media agreed that Tony Parker was the MVP. Then they asked him if he would vote for Tony, "Sure, I dont care who gets it, I just want to get to 4(wins)"

I think unless Parker lays an egg in game 4 or Tim Duncan has a 30/15 night; Its looking like Parkers gonna get it

Yeah, notice how Duncan goes to the bench and their offense comes to a screeching halt. Parker is putting up nice numbers but, everything they do feeds off of Duncan.

Seriously, those numbers don't even come close to telling half the story. Tim Duncan anchors the middle on the defensive end and commands constant double teams on the offensive end to open up 3 point shooters all night. If you watch the game closely this is very obvious.

W/o Duncan, Bowen, Finley, and Barry will never get the looks they get. Tim is the flat out obvious choice to me.
