Default Here are a couple of Fat Burners I recommend to get slim by Summer

Fellas, some of you are FAT. And some of you are big and muscular, but lack definition. The problem? It's FAT. FAT is literally stored on every corner of our body.

If you're unlike me and in the gym at least 5 times a week, then perhaps Fat Burning agents are the way to go. Spring Break is already here, but Summer is a few months away, and if you plan on going to the beach this Summer, at least go with enough confidence to take your shirt off and look good in front of the ladies.

While there is no such thing as a "miracle pill", there are definitely safe alternatives that aid in weight loss, so long as you combine it with healthy eating and a semi-active lifestyle. Can't get to the gym? Well, have more sex! Don't have a girlfriend to have sex with? Well, it's probably cause you're FAT!

You'll be amazed how many more women look and sound more interested in a man who looks to be in decent shape. Hell, I've even seen skinny guys date really big girls too. So even the big girls are landing the guys that are in shape. Sorry, fellas.

So here are a couple of agents I've used in the past to help me shed any excess weight I usually put on during the Holidays:

The best part? They're perfectly safe!

If anyone has any other agents they use, please post and share.

Good. Let's work out together. I need a spotter.

You're a small guy too, probably with no facial hair. I can tell the ladies you're my son. They all love a responsible man.

Putting on weight can be a problem. Every bodybuilder I've come across just inhales massive amounts of calories a day and then they burn a ton of calories at the gym. I would definitely increase my protein intake to avoid getting belly fat. Limit your beer and sugar intake too.

I've always had a stocky build, so my only issue has just been getting cut. The best thing I always did to get rid of the gut was hanging crunches and lots of cardio.

There's this guy at the gym who I've literally seen at the gym the last two years. Skinny guy. Not an ounce of fat on him. I always see him hit the weights hard, but he's been the same size. Guarantee you his calorie intake is low.

Bolded is the best, most practical advice here. Most young Americans that are fat simply drink too much alcohol and eat too much bread, pasta and sugars in the many forms.

I'm stocky too- nice natural pecs, delts and biceps. I've struggled to get toned triceps although recently I'm noticing a difference since I've been hittin it harder there than I ever have.

I'm more fit this year and last than I was for the previous couple but I still can't shake the belly, obliques fat looking worse than the rest of my body

Part of this is due to what you said, namely beer cuz I luvvvvz it but I don't drink but a few times a month but it ends up being muchas cervezas.

Also, if some of you are fat and drop weight fairly quickly, you'll want to try and manage some ugly ass stretch marks. Natural oils such as Vitamin D and Coconut should be applied so u don't look like a knife victim. If you wanna spring for it, grab a bunch of Mederma

I am incapable of gaining weight.

I used to eat like shit, eating nothing but junk food and fast food, and never gained weight. Now I eat fairly healthy, gave up the energy drinks for the most part, and eat primarily salmon or grilled chicken, and still can't gain weight.

I'd like to hit 200 or so, but at the current rate, its pretty ****ing hard.

My best transformations I've ever achieved in my life I drank beer everyday

Lift weights and drink a whey protein with fruits and water instead of milk

Try using a combo of CLA and MCT oil. Although it's extremely difficult to gain mass and lose fat. But if dieting right you can be more developed and trim the abs.

I've also invested in a few products that focus on abs. Not pills and taking the fitness community by storm. What's your email? I'll put you on a subscription list.

Fat burners are bullshit. Strict diet + high intensity cardio ftw. And if you lift weights too, that's great.

Only people with no accountability and rely soley on the fat burner for results would say that.

It's the equivalent of saying gas additives don't work. Or a slap chopper won't work. They all work, it's all perception. If they didn't work then FDA wouldn't have a regulation on it.
