Everyone I named is a better player than McConnell. You won’t find a stat that proves otherwise and watching the Sixers is enough to know the dude is a non factor on offense. Stats back that up as well. He can’t score for shit, and while he is a good defender he’s nowhere near Smart (the only player I listed who is similarly inept on offense)

He doesn't care about stats, just winning. Probably drained more gamewinners than every other player mentiones combined.

VanVleet just nailed one

If you count Lou Williams and/or Eric Gordon, then obviously both of them as well.
Marcus Smart: 10 PPG, 5 APG, 3 TOPG, FG 37% 3P 30%, 2.4 DWS, 1.2 DBPM, 30MPG

TJ McConnell: 7 PPG, 5 APG, 1 TOPG, FG 50%, 3P 47%, 2 DWS, 1 DBPM, 24MPG

How is Marcus Smart better again? McConnell is WAY more efficent in both shooting and passing, and Smart's slightly better defensive stats are due to hum playing in a better defensive system.

Shabazz Napier: 9 PPG, 2 APG, 1 TOPG, FG 44%, 3P 39%, 1.7 DWS, 0.7 DBPM, 21 MPG

How exactly is Napier better than McConnell? You're retarded for even suggesting that.

Fred Vanfleet: 8PPG, 3 APG, 1 TOPG, 42 FG%, 3P 40%, 1.7 DWS, 0.5 DBPM, 20 MPG

How is Vanfleet better than McConnell? TJ is better at literally everything, moron.

Patty Mills: 10 PPG, 3 APG, 1 TOPG, FG 42%, 3P 38%, 1.6 DWS, -1.4 DBPM, 24 MPG

So how is Mills better than TJ? Dipshit.

Terry Rozier: 11 PPG, 3 APG, 1 TOPG, FG 40%, 3P 39%, 2.6 DWS, 1 DBPM, 24 MPG

Again, inflated defensive statistics. Only one comparable so far, McConnell edges with his efficiency and better passing.

Satoransky: 7 PPG, 4 APG, 1 TOPG, FG 54%, 3P 37%, 0.9 DWS, -0.5 DBPM, 20 MPG

First player actually better than TJ on offense. Too bad he shits the bed on D.

Tyler Johnson: 12 PPG, 2 APG, 2 TOPG, FG 43%, 3P 35%, 1.8 DWS, -0.1 DBPM, 29 MPG

McConnell is literally better in every way most pathetic suggestion yet.

Tyus Jones: 5 PPG, 3 APG, 1 TOPG, FG 46%, 3P 35%, 1 DWS, 0.6 DBPM, 18 MPG

Scores at the same rate, McConnell is MUCH more efficient passing and scoring, and a MUCH better defender, so how is Jones better? Dumbass.

I'm sick of you waste of breath posters thinking I just stan McConnell for no reason, that I have nothing better to do so I just follow some scrub around. I said it before and I'm saying it now, TJ McConnell is gonna get the damn recognition he deserves come playoff time, he's gonna shut the opposition down. The stats suggest that he's better than EVERY SINGLE OTHER NAME MENTIONED ITT, he's IRREFUTABLY the BEST backup PG in the NBA. Take your retarded ass home and study the facts, you're a shitty poster and always have been.

This is the part where I close my own thread. /Thread.

Probably the most uninformed, ESPN-influenced post of all time. You can tell which posters watch games and which posters don't
