89 bulls were too much of a one man team. they had talent but no system. i think the winner has to come from the sixers / celts / lakers trio.

Game 3

83 Sixers at 84 Knicks

Final Score: Sixers 111, at Knicks 94

Player of the Game: M.Malone 39pts 21reb 3blk

The Sixers take a 3-0 lead and are 1 win away from the 2nd round. The Knicks kept it close and took a 1pt lead heading into 4th quarter. But then the Sixers stepped it up and outscored the Knicks 35-17 in the 4th. M.Malone another dominating game for his team. He has been very dominant so far. The 76ers shot 50% and held the Knicks to 40%. Good defensive night from them. Bernard King was once again solid for the Knicks with 23pts and 10reb. Erving had 18pts and 9reb.

yeah maybe. maybe after these finals? I am gonna ask at the what I should do next...

Choices will be

90s Tournament 2
80s Tournament 2
70s Tournament
00s Tournament

Its always good to have a "2" because sometimes might get lucky, and you don't want to say that team isn't good or anything, but anyways...

Game 3

89 Pistons at 86 Hawks

Final Score: Pistons 126, at Hawks 94

Player of the Game: B.Laimbeer 22pts 9reb 3blk

The Pistons also take a 3-0 lead on the Atlanta Hawks. A pretty dominating night for these Bad Boys. Isiah Thomas finally came alive after being limited Game 1 and 2. He scored 27pts and gave 6ast with 3steals. Laimbeer was great. Rodman had 14reb. The Pistons did a pretty good job on Wilkins who went 9/22 with 22pts. Game 4 will be in Atlanta as the Pistons look for the sweep.

Game 3

80 Sonics at 82 Spurs

Final Score: at Spurs 119, Sonics 113

Player of the Game: J.Moore 14pts 12ast 7reb

With 1min left and it tied at 113-113, the Spurs finish very strong. Gervin hit a big buckets and his FTs sealed the game. The Spurs now have the 2-1 lead in the series. Gervin was limited by foul trouble but still finished with 23pts and 8reb on 10/20 shooting. DJ was huge with 25pts 11reb and 6ast but all was short. Gus Williams added 20/5/5. But it all was short. The Spurs shot 52% and the Sonics only shot 45%. The Spurs lead the series 2-1 now.

Game 3

88 Mavericks at 85 Nuggets

Final Score: Mavericks 133, at Nuggets 131

Player of the Game: D.Harper 16pts 15ast 4stl

A classic game 3 here in Denver. The Nuggets had a chance to tie it up after Agguire missed both his FTs to clinch game, but Derek Harper got the steal and it was all over. Harper was brilliant. Fat Lever also did good vs. Harper with a Triple Double at 17/10/10. Blackman was huge with 29pts. Agguire added 24pts 11reb and 6ast, but struggled going 9/24 from the field and 5/11 from the line. Perkins added 19/9 for the Mavs. Natt had a huge 29pts and 14reb game. But it wasn't enough, English added 23pts/7reb/7ast on 11/23 shooting, but it was also short. Game 4 will still be in Denver

Game 3

86 Bucks at 89 Bulls

Final Score: at Bulls 117, Bucks 98

Player of the Game: M.Jordan 51pts 16reb

After getting dominated on the road, the Bulls come back home and dominate the Bucks. It was a 1 man effort, as Jordan put 51pts on the Bucks tonight. Paul Pressy could not stop Jordan and got in foul trouble. Michael shot 18/33 from the field and 14/15 from the line. He was limited in both of the 1st 2 games in Milwaukee but finally came alive here. Cumming led the Bucks with 24/14.

Game 4

86 Bucks at 89 Bulls

Final Score: at Bulls 121, Bucks 103

Player of the Game: M.Jordan 37pts 12reb

The Bucks dominated Game 1 and 2, and the Bulls come back home and dominate Games 3 and 4. Jordan had another great game with 37pts, he averaged 44pts on the 2 games here after being limited to the low to mid 20s on the road. He didn't have major help again, Pippen had 13pts/11reb/5stl. Moncreif and Cumming did all the damage they could, Moncreif had 25pts/8reb/6ast and Cummings with 24pts/5reb/6ast.

Game 4

88 Mavericks at 85 Nuggets

Final Score: Mavericks 137, at Nuggets 122

Player of the Game: M.Agguire 38pts 5reb 4ast 3stl

The Dallas Mavericks take both of the games on the road vs. the Denver Nuggets. Agguire had his best game of the series with 38pts. Blackman added 24pts. And Harper had 13/12. Harper also limited Lever to 3/12 shooting and 6pts/8ast. Natt put 26/12 for the Nuggets, and English added 26pts also. But it all was short. The Nuggets defense once again sucked.

Game 4

80 Sonics at 82 Spurs

Final Score: at Spurs 112, Sonics 111

Player of the Game: G.Gervin 30pts 4reb

George Gervin's game buzzer beating game winner gives the San Antonio Spurs a 3-1 lead in the series now. With the Sonics up by 3 with only 30sec left, George Gervin hit 1 shot, Spurs got a stop, and then hit a buzzer beater to win the game. Corzine was huge on defense with 12pts/16reb/6blk. Mitchell added 21pts and 10reb and 3stl. G.Williams led the Sonics with 26pts and 6ast. Jack Sikma added 24pts and 14reb. DJ had 17pts and forced Gervin to 8TOs, but couldn't get final stop.

Final Score: Pistons 123, at Hawks 102

Player of the Game: B.Laimbeer 16pts 16reb 3blk

The Detroit Pistons sweep the Atlanta Hawks and become the 1st team to move into the 2nd round. Laimbeer was excellent once again. Isiah added 21pts/8ast and Dumars put 20pts/9ast. Rodman had 15reb. The Pistons stopped Wilkins once again from having a big game, he finished with 21pts. Didn't have much help either. The 89 Pistons are now officially in the 2nd round with a sweep.
