yeah...he is pretty clutch
but there is just something about that guy that makes me hate him...

tracy mcgrady has no HOF credentials right now, not even a foot in the door. he is an awesome athlete, but many before him have graced the sport with awesome skills, stood out, and got lost in obscurity after it was said and done - think bernard king, dominique wilkins, mith richmond, chris mullin, - winning validates greatness, not to say those guys mentioned weren't great, but they were not shoe ins for the hall and still waiting. horry is going for his 7th ring. some may say he rode the waves of others' success. but you do not continue to find yourself in these championship positions as a fluke. he has been an integral part in teaqms he played for in his own right. russell has 9, mj 6...horry 7? hall to me....

Horry is a better chance right now. Tmac has a chance but he really needs to get it all together and have a great finish to his career, TMac is Shawn Kemp or Penny right now. He has had a couple of great seasons but he has no longevity about him.
Horry has been a key role player on every title team he has been in. He probably deserves to be in on the same theory as a couple of the Celtics.
Also... Horry was the best player on NBA Live 95, you get bonus points for that.(He was at worst top 3 with Greg Anthony and Dana Barros.

IF McGrady wins he'll get in, but ten years proves otherwise...
my bet is neither
There are alot of guys in the Hall who just had great induvidual succes and not alot of team success.
Dave Bing
Pistol Pete
Both those guys were barely on winning teams in their career. I think both have one scoring title and Bing was a 7 time All-Star and Pete 5 times. Not really that much different from Tracy.
