Peterson and Vince are indeed good friends. It's just that on the basketball court, you can't tell who's good friends with whom. Rasheed and Jermaine O'Neal are very close friends, but when they play against each other, they don't show that.
Not to start a arguement. But Shaq and Kobe are friends right? Its seems on the court they aren't friends at all.
I'm more concerned about whether the league, as in David Stern and Stu Jackson, apologized.
I do believe the ref could have let him back in the game. Even the most stoic of players would have acted up had they been tossed under similar circumstances.
do we know for sure that the league didn't call him personally and apoligize?

That's why I'm asking. Was there any apology of any kind that anyone knows of? Considering the call also makes the league look bad, you'd think they would have publically issue a statement at some point, clarifying the situation.

No way. The only reason why they "made up" on the court was to shut the media up. They were sick and tired of getting asked "So, have you two made up yet?" and "You didn't even shake hands with Kobe/Shaq during your last matchup. Why is that?"
It's not an argument. Peterson and Vince are good friends, that's a fact.

the league does not apologize for calls. it handles everything internally on the downlow. the ref who called that was probably roasted to death and maybe fined but you're never hearing about it because the leauge keeps it quiet cause if it apologized for every wrong call it made that's all you'd hear about in the news and the refs would lose their legitimacy, which can't happen.
Someone find a vid of Crwaford (i believe) pushing the heat player out of bounds and calling the foul on Billups or Rip if I'm correct.
Couldn't find the vid last time. But that is the worst call in history and I'm suprised a bigger stink wasn't made out of it. I mean that's when Crawford should have been suspended.
I think he might be. At first I wasnt sure, because he posts so much. I figured with that much posting he might be able to figure himself out, or get a clue, or maybe make one point somewhere along the timeline that makes sense. But nope, he's as dumb as he seems.
