a kobe fillet marinated in guinness and served with a stilton butter, side of wild asparagus and morel mushrooms sauteed in goat butter and finished with a nice port, manchego-garlic mashed potatoes, and some uni and toro sushi.
Finally, a chocolate-bourbon Pecan pie with plenty of van winkle reserve bourbon still in the pie, with some handmade pure vanilla ice cream.
