Well AI is 6' and tmac is 6'7'' yet AI has won far more playoff series, without a better supporting cast. In other words, AI>>tmac

I'd take AI.
more injury-free (well he gets injured but still plays)
and more reliable.

Individual awards go to Iverson, but T-Mac is far more valuable. He's a player that has rough nights but comes back strong the next. I don't know, maybe i'm just biased.

Iverson.

He stays away from injuries, has more heart then Tmac, shown what he can do it in the playoffs.

AI is probably better than T-mac. Both are very valuable though.

both are legendary scorers.

but Iverson, luck or not, has led a team past the first round at least 3 or 4 times.

'02: Iverson. T-Mac played great but didn't bring his teammates to a higher level yet. He didn't know how to do that.

'07: T-Mac. He knows how to do it know better than Iverson's done it in his prime.

All things equal (excluding injuries) Tmac would be the better player. AI has had the better career and more than likely will finish his career having the better career of the two. Tmac is 6'8 and can score just as good as AI. He can guard 3 positions and isnt caught up in mismatch scenerios whereas AI is due to his size. Injuries and attitude (recent retirement, tired of bball remarks) is what can be used when determining AI vs Tmac. With that I'd pick AI over Tmac. And as of today would do so just because of this. But again if all things were equal Tmac would be better.

Question would become...if AI was in Tmac shoes on the Rockets. How would they fare? Could they beat Utah in a series?
