Bibles found by each of the two victims, now thats just wierd. Also for whoever mentioned notes being consistent with suicide that actually isn't true. According to any criminal justice and sociology course ive taken in university notes are actually rarely ever left when people commit suicide.

Why tie her up before killing her? Sweet flying ****, Chris.

The bibles are just odd and horrificily sad at the same time.

I would not want to be Vince on damage control right now. Esepcially since apparently Nancy Grace is getting ready to savage this story. I really hope that they get someone like Mick Foley or even Vince himself to do some media rounds and as I said, get on damage control.

There are absolutely no words to express how I'm feeling right now.

This fack on CNN just said Benoit died on Saturday, but they've made it clear that Chris said that he cancelled his match with Punk on Sunday. I think they're makin all this BS up just to spit in the face of wrestling fans everywhere. this whole thing is absolutely disgusting. I'm not sayin Benoit didn't kill his family, cause it is a possibility, but these media outlets should at least just get their story straight. "Oh, his wife died Friday, oh no, she died saturday, oh no, she died two years ago and Chris made love to her dead body." Give me a f'n break. At least get your damn story straight. Geez.

There is 100% somthing suspicious going on for sure. Yes it is a posibility, but thay said he died Saturday, but wasn't he texting wrestlers during sundays PPV? And wasn't it a text message on Monday to Chavo that made Chavo go talent relations in the WWE who rang the police?

It seems like CNN said he died on Saturday. Fox News said he died on Monday. I was just watching and they said it could have been roid rage and they blamed it on wrestling too. They said the roids could have led him to hear voices in his head.

So, it looks as if everyone is trying to pretend that Benoit never existed.

Quote:
World Wrestling Entertainment will not distribute their three hour Chris Benoit tribute show that aired last night on the USA Network to their international affiliates for airing.

The Score in Canada will also not air the program in its regularly scheduled RAW replay slots.

While updating their coverage of the Benoit family tragedy, the Atlanta-Journal Constitution has posted a report that Nancy Benoit filed for divorce and an order of protection from Chris Benoit in May 2003. Nancy Benoit alleged in the divorce petition that Chris, "lost his temper and threatened to strike the petitioner and cause extensive damage to the home and personal belongings of the parties, including furniture and furnishings. Petitioner is in reasonable fear for petitioner's own safety and that of the minor child." This prompted the judge to issue a restraining order on Chris Benoit from entering their family home. In August 2003, his wife Nancy requested that the petition be dismissed. The couple later reconciled and celebrated Benoit’s WWE World Heavyweight Championship win at WrestleMania 20 in the ring together.

In addition to the Shopzone merchandise, WWE has pulled their profile page on Chris Benoit from the company's website, not to mention that the front page isn't a Benoit tribute anymore as well. Pretty much all that is being showcased on the website regarding Chris Benoit is on the grim details of the Benoit family tragedy.

Last night they posted a bunch photos and videos of him, and made his section into kind of a tribute section. They also posted videos of the wrestlers giving their testimonials on Benoit, but those were quickly pulled after the grim details surrounding the Benoit family deaths surfaced. They also pulled the front page graphic of him from the Raw and ECW sections. The story of last night's Raw show still remains in the results section though.

TNA's website has removed their Chris Benoit death mention.

Text messages to friends “distributing”; may have watched the Vengeance PPV from home on Sunday.

Neighbors: Benoits kept to themselves.

Here's my new question: With all of these details, the pre-meditation showing Benoit killed in cold blood, what the **** happens to "the show"? All of these people that travelled with him, that worked with him, surely they can't be expected to go out and perform. I say give everyone at least a week. I mean, it's unprecedented, but so is cancelling RAW.

Benoit failed to appear both at Saturday’s live event in Beaumont, Texas, and WWE’s Vengeance: Night of Champions in Houston Sunday night, after informing WWE of a family emergency. Several curious text messages sent by Benoit early Sunday morning prompted concerned friends to alert Richard Hering, VP of Government Relations for WWE, Inc. Hering, in turn, spoke with Fayette County sheriffs Monday, and requested they respond to the Benoit residence to check on him and his family.

they just said in the confrence that the texts were on a different day.
There's something missing that there not telling us. Thay say he died Saturday, but he was Texting sunday?

A couple of points to take into consideration from the tribute video from last night:

-In hindsight, the William Regal tribute stands out the most in my mind. Unlike everyone else, who said they loved Benoit and spoke about what a great guy he was, Regal, as if he knew something or was suspicious, simply said, "All I'll say is that Chris Benoit was the hardest-working guy I've ever met. A great wrestler."

-His dad talked about how he was "so quiet as a kid that they worried about him." This is a common trend among killers: quiet, introverted, shy.

Also, if steroids did contribute to his psychosis (and looking at Benoit's frame, I've always thought he was juicing), then Vince simply has to ban steroids. No, he is not guilty of asking or forcing his wrestlers to do roids, but the industry (which these days is basically equivalent to Vince McMahon) undoubtedly creates an atmosphere of intense pressure to have a chemically-enhanced physique. The only way that will stop (and the deaths as well) is if Vince puts his foot down. Enough is enough.
