He plays for Olympiacos in Greece. He was born in Mexico, but never lived there. His dad was from Uruguay and thats where he grew up. There were 3 countries asking him to play and he choose Mexico.

I think his mom was mexican tough.

BUT how come the more elite players for brazil arent playing?
also is Ronaldinho injured? i noticed he wasnt playing for Barcelona in their last 2 games

Unlike basketball, soccer players play almost every single game whether its their league, local cup, or international tournament, so they asked for time off. I think Ronaldhino, Kaka, etc played the friendlies for Brazil a few weeks back.
