Default Next target ??????

I just want to say IT SUCKS!!!!! (could have been a great addition) see Salmons choose the raptors over PHX .

How will be our next target ???

Deshawn Stevenson, can do everything except knoking down the 3 consistently.

J. Jeffries- great defender, can play almost every position, very versatile, but doesn't a polish offensive game.

Marcus Banks would be great, needs to be more consistent, but at what price ????

Rasual Butler- Great shooter, good defender, athletic, could fit in nicely (Well everyone I just mention would fit with the suns without a doubt).

Any bigman would be an upgrade - Elson, Pollard, L. Wright, K. Cato, Ely, A. Henderson, M. Jackson. Anyone except Olowokandi !!!!!!!!!!!

I nearly forgot, Fred jones would be great too

I think that Fred Jones and Rausual Butler would be the best fits. They both can shoot. They both are athletic. Butler is a better shooter but Jones is more athletic depending on what they are looking for.

Default crunch time in free agency

BREVIN KNIGHT!! i really wanted to see peja come here but he went to the hornets who are lookin like theyre gonna make a good run this year i think
but we need to go get brevin knight, maybe another big man, and then sign some very low pay summer camp dudes and take a title cuz we really have all we need right now i believe (except that backup PG, WHICH CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF IS NOT BARBOSA!!!!!!)

Loren Wright and Brevin Knight would be nice.

Last I heard they were chasing Tony Delk though.

Sign DeShawn Stevenson with some part of the MLE, then use the TE to aquiere a PG like Steve Balke, T. Diener or Delonte West, or just sign John Lucas and then sign L. Wright and Lampe.

Amare / Wright / Burke
Diaw/ Thomas / Lampe
Marion / Jones /
Bell / Stevenson / Piatkowiski
Nash/ Barbosa / any PG mention above

We'd be real deep and ready for any kind of match up

What do you think ????

And yes Gooden would be a great addition but only if K. Thomas is involve in the sign and trade. Thomas is making like 7m this year and 8m next year and he doesn't deserve that kind of money the way he is playing.

Sign and trade James Jones, K. Thomas, and one of their three 1st rounders next year for Magloire. Magloire is in the final year of his deal and would give us a true center. That would also free up cap room next year to re-sign Diaw and Barbosa to long term deals. Then you use trade exception to acquire Knight/Blake who are in the final year's of their deal. Then you sign Rasual Butler for hopefully around 2.5 million and then sign Aaron Williams to a one-year vets minimum deal. They didn't give the money to Timmy and I'm glad they didn't give 4 million to Salmons. That is way over-paid for a bench player, who wouldn't even be sixth man. Save cap for next year to sign Diaw and Barbosa back. The Suns are still interested in House and Delk. Summer league players include Lampe, Britton Johnsen, and Sato. They could also consider Gansey and Pittsnogle for super-cheap contracts to fill out the roster, who are currently playing summer league in Miami.

SF-Marion, Butler, Piatkowski
PF-Stoudemire, Diaw (will play everywhere)
C-Magloire, Williams, Burke
PG-Nash, Knight/Blake
SG-Bell, Barbosa

I Love Jumaine Jones for the Suns style - athletic, good defender, can shoot

I like the idea of Marko Jaric being here, another playmaker who can find the open man -- especially in the break - another good defender
But the main thing is that (like Salmons) he has great height for someone who could play at the 1 guard with LB playing a small 2 guard -- not as much of a defensive liability as, say LB and House in the same backcourt

Banks, Pargo or Atkins sound like the point guards their looking at

i almost posted something like this thread but i got banned...

yes! they need Fred Jones/Rasual Butler... i would prefer Fred Jones though as

he's more explossive and exciting...

Stevenson can be a choice too if the Suns are looking for someone cheaper...

Keith Van Horn is pretty good too... big guy who can shoot the 3...

Trevor Ariza isn't bad, but gotta work on his jump shot (great defender as well)

Greg Buckner??? wonder if some other team signed him... he's a great defender..

SG's choose between Fred Jones, Rasual Butler, Stevenson, Ariza, Buckner...

and get Reddick! would love him here!

K, Thomas and our 1st rounder back.

Default damon jones=stupid

i think damon jones is an idiot, anyone who declares themself the best in the world at anything (he says hes the best shooter) and doesnt come close to being able to back it up is a freakin moron, also like when marbury said he was the best PG in the league, both stupid idiots
