Default Will the Bulls Win an NBAChampionship With this Team

NO! trade deng, plug in noce and get a legit low post threat and then we'll talk.

The Bulls aren't that far off. Nocioni, Duhon and a first round pick should get us a solid low post player and a decent backup player.

I am envisioning this:

BG 23+ppg, improved handled, ballplaying abilities, dribbling.

Deng 21+ppg, overall improvvement across the board

TT 10+ppg, 7+rpg with couple of blocks with increased minutes. lots of FTA

Kirk fine tune and tweak his game from the inside out. expect to see more from him.

Thank you.

Also, adding a big 2 gaurd through free agency who averages at least 10-12 ppg could help the team a lot more than some people may think. I believe a trade of Nocioni, Chris Duhon and a first round pick could land us a low post scorer that can average 12-15ppg consistantly, a decent backup player 7-10 ppg and perhaps a second round pick.

Let's not make it sound like the Bulls need to make big changes. A few smart moves and signings will do a lot. After all we're talking about a team that should easily win 50+ games next year. This team is still young, but have matured quickly and are sure to be great. A majority of the team is going to show improvement because most of the players on the team are just starting their careers so let's now get too impatient.

mr ballboy, deng is in his base year salary. It will be very hard to trade him staight-up to a superstar unless that star is also a base year player. You have to trade him together with a huge contract and thats either kirk or bigben. Unless you can convince the other team to sign and trade PJ and Noce around 10mil/yr

Look for Gordon to have a more consistant season. Just dont count on his D. Deng might not have the year most fans are hoping for, hes no longer a secret weapon. Many teams will treat him as a first option threat and look to shut him down quickly every game. Kirk is done developing, so look for a slightly better than average performance. I also expect Wallace to go on DL quite often. Hes old. The last ,what, 7 years his teams have made big playoff pushes: lots of miles on the bod. And at PF? Will Noc be back? If so, will his foot be at 100%? If not, can TT be anymore than a good back up. Our bench thus far will be weaker than years past. Couple with this, the Eastern Conference got better this off season through draft/trade. If the Bulls do not land an offensive threat in the low post , look for a .500 season and a low playoff berth only to go 1 to 2 rounds in.

Alright I am not the most excited person about Chicago's first round pick, but I can get use to Noah, I can see some reasons why they picked him. He does bring that attitude and heart that the team sometimes lacks - he brings it and leaves it on the floor every game which sometimes the team needs. Noah should be able to come off the bench and give us rebounds and the easy buckets inside. If he can just somehow figure out a way to score inside a little each night then it won't be a waste.

With the lakers having a huge surplus of big men, I would like to see a proposed sign&trade of Noc and Duhon for Brian Cook or Roni Turiaf. Cheap and effective. And every radio program I've listened to says Noah will be seeing lots of p.t. So what pos. will that be at? I figured him at the 4 spot. So what will be TT's role now? This is what I envison the current roster as:

C: Wallace/Brown(if resigned)/Grey
PF: Noccioni/Thomas/Noah
SF: Deng/Thabo
SG: Gordon/Curry
PG: Kirk/Duhon
