NBA front-office sources told ESPN.com that James on Tuesday agreed to sign a four-year contract with the Wolves worth an estimated $25 million. Wednesday is the first day free agents can officially sign contracts

The Mid Level Exp is 5.5 Million right ? If its a 4 year deal than it should end up being 22.5 instead of 25. Are you allowed to increase players salary every year if you use the Mid Level ?

Man the T-Wolves have had their run of PGs in the past couple of years, from Chauncey Billups, to Troy Hudson, to Cassell, to Jaric, and now to Mike James.

Hopfully james has more then one good season with the timberwolves unlike the rest of those PG's that played with Minny.

I wanna say it's a good sign for the Timberwolves, but. I'm more worried about Mike James, the man, more than Mike James, the player.

Atlanta gets a back up center and point guard, while Indiana gets an 18 ppg scorer at small forward.
