Why the f-ck would you want to play in Minnesota, when you can play for two better teams in nice warm weather cities? Why the f-ck don't you want to play with Yao and TMac for the next three years?

Doesn't he know Garnett is leaving Minnesota soon? Minnesota? Is he kidding? Have fun being in no man's land....

It's ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS the money....never anything else...
...maybe because they traded him for Rafer F'ing Alston. Disrespect.

Default Missing the playoffs

Well Minny just about guaranteed themselves missing the playoffs, getting mike james is about the worst idea. He is selfish and self centred with $$$$'s as the only thing he sees. I can't wait to see a selfish guy with a guaranteed contract, I feel bad for Minny. Oh well at least the Mavs and rocket fans can be thankful!!!

To my knowledge Houston,Dallas, Minny were all offering the same money. It's just came down to Mike James wanting to feel like a main guy/option.

If the Wolves trade for Magloire, they might actually be pretty good.

James
Foye
Hassell
Garnett
Magloire

That's a great rebounding and defensive lineup. The only question is whether KG/Foye/James can provide enough offense. It'd be a lock for the playoffs at least.

Give me a break. Get over it. You have a chance to make the Rockets instant contender next to Yao and TMac, and you don't take opportunity? Whatever....have fun in Minny...enjoy the cold weather....

Guys this isnt like gp or malone chasing a title at the end of their careers he already has a ring and he has probably made less than 10 mil in his career. He had to take the money.

How many contenders do you know that don't have a power forward? JUWAN HOWARD is going to be starting on that team, unless they play Battier at the four.

According to rumors around Houston, Battier will be playing at the four. They don't want to move T-mac back to SG position.

And yes, I rather have Battier playing the 4 than Howard, is not like Howard is light years ahead that I enjoy having him start on our team anyways.

Battier can function as a four against most teams. Head's ready for more action. They could use one more solid backcourt player, though.

He's making great money either way. But the guy chose a few extra bucks to play in Minnesota to lose for the next four years.....
