i hav eonly purchased the non-bball sneaker (forget what its called). I like it. its held up well over the last 6-7 months, still looks good, decent shoe (probably made in the same factories as the $80+ shoes you see out there).
Where i'm from, you would be clowned if you had an empty wallet, but a nice pair of shoes. Its not about the way they look (even though they're kinda nice), its about saving money by still getting a quality shoe for $100+ less.
i got a pair for my 9yr old son to play in and he likes them alot. they seem to be holding up just fine so far for just $15. my local mall is getting a steve & barry's pretty soon too. the newer ones are nice looking. i would just buy a pair and try them out, it's only $15.
