You can claim the bar is at fault for letting her in, which they are at fault. But, they will still hold you responsible since you are supposed to know her age. If this is a first offense, you probably won't serve jail time, but you'll most likely have to register as a sex offender wherever you plan on living.

I'm so sick of seeing guys get harsh sentences of rape, even though the girl was underage and the sex was consentual, while women who have consentual sex with underage boys are not portrayed as rapists and don't get as harsh of a sentence. Double standard to the max, and I'm tired of it.
IMO, a 16 or 17 year old girl who has consentual sex with an 18 year old boy is not a big deal compared to a 32 year old teacher with a 15 year old boy. They say justice is blind, but I guess not since it depends on who has the rod.
It's like that episode of South Park. When a old man has sex with a young female student its "Disgusting" but when a female teacher has sex with a younger male student they all go "Nice".

There was an thing like that on Law & Order once where a male stripper got tied down and raped by three women. But then it all got confusing because the lawyer for the chicks tried to claim that because he got an erection that counts as concent. Can't remember who won though.
