Vince aint buyin TNA. It wouldn't be worthwhile. He bought WCW for 2 reasons:

1. Pride. They almost put him out of business and it was probably the biggest ego boost of all time to buy them and end the company for good

2. They had a bunch of legendary wrestlers that WWE could snatch up. NWO, DDP, Booker T, Rey Mysterio, Goldberg, Scott Steiner etc. Granted WWE didn't use all those guys as well as they could have, but they still wanted them

TNA has a few good guys but nobody that WWE hasn't passed on already at some point.

Also he got it for like $4 million, and they had a 20+ odd year video library included. It was a bargain.

Yeah, but the millions that those parasites (and their children) have already siphoned from he company, as well as the harmful creative direction that they pushed have surely taken a toll.

OFN, Gut-Check, X-Division weight limit and then before even ending the weight-limit---they reinstate the weight limit? X-Division "All matches are triple-threat!" and the when everybody hates it; "All matches are 1-on-one!" No, that's the same problem you god-damned morons.

Throughout the 2000's I watched nearly every iMPACT, then these two came along and it as most weeks, then every other week, then once a month, then I stopped watching. I've watched the last month or so and the most recent was fantastic.

I liked Gut Check, but wasn't a fan of OFN, or the messing about with the X-Division rules they made.

Wasn't a fan for Bound For Glory either since it was so messy. No real rhyme or reason for the matchups, then the random "20 point gimmick match" they'd throw in there to make the previous matches completely pointless.

It'll suck if TNA goes out of business for guys like Austin Aries and AJ Styles since the WWE have made it pretty clear they don't see anything in them. Aries burnt his bridges in ROH too apparently, so it'd be a Japan or retire type situation for him. I reckon the only guys WWE would think about hiring would be Magnus, Bobby Roode and maybe Samoa Joe.

I didn't mind gut-check conceptually, but I think the execution was terrible. The should have started off on Xplosion until they knew how to do it.

Yea, I think they could have done it a bit better. I think the only reason they don't put that kind of stuff on Xplosion is because that show is only shown outside the US.

At the very least they could have spent more time hyping the individual participants, show some interviews and package clips for the 3 weeks leading up to the actual matches so you at least know who these guys are when they wrestle.

lolcenawins

Let's be real, there was no chance that Cena wasn't winning that match. They need to make the Heavyweight Championship relevant again.

Welp.. Damian Sandow can't beat a one armed Cena who had just been brutally attacked and had his "injured" arm smashed in between the steel steps with a steel chair..

Not only did Cena beat him clean, he had him beat earlier in the match but didnt want to win by count out, so he rolled him into the ring basically beating him twice.

Sandow might aswell retire. I like him, but holy shit how can we ever take that character as a serious threat after losing to a 1 armed man who was in a championship match the night before, beaten down with a chair and on top of that the guy returned 4 months early.

What a waste, what was the point of Sandow winning the briefcase? So he could be fed to Cena? Does WWE plan anything out ahead of time besides their main event program?
