WWE tends to go with what the major trends in the media and exploit them. this goes back to the gulf war when they had Iron shiek vs Hulk. then you have yokozuna vs luger, stone cold vs vince etc.
I have a feeling that this #YESMovement is just the beginning.
They are trying to get the crowd to eventually take over the WWE. Possibly overthrow the WWE until they get what they want.
I read a theory somewhere that they will possibly stage an "anonymous" type wrestling fan group that overwrites messages from Triple H to brad maddox and include bryan into matches that were meant for someone else. Taking over of the wwe website, taking over the titontron and lights at Raw and smackdown stadiums etc.
CM Punk, who did not appear at last night's RAW, also did not appear at tonight's SmackDown taping in Toledo, Ohio, despite being advertised for the event.
WWE has since removed Punk from almost all of their upcoming live events and television tapings on the events section of their website, although he remains on the Elimination Chamber page. It is not known at this time if Punk is injured, or if something else is going on. The last tweet that he posted on Monday night stated, "Thanks for all the support. Keep being you guys, it's pretty cool."
Punk's contract is up in July, and he stated in an interview last week that he doesn't know if he will re-sign after it expires, and that "everything is up in the air."
UPDATE: F4WOnline.com reports that Punk apparently told Vince McMahon at last night's RAW that he was going home and left the show. No further details were available other then that he's been removed from all shows going forward.
CM Punk stole his moves from Kenta. And Bryan also used some of his moves.
It's funny, I remember reading that Samoa Joe did the same thing, and when Joe wrestled in Pro Wrestling NOAH the Japanese crowds thought he was a comedy "imposter" character because he was ripping off all the Japanese guys moves.
Also, KENTA/Kenta Kobayashi is a different guy than Kenta Kobashi who all the guys stole moves from.
