Did anyone else think that the match Cena and Miz had one Raw was how it should have been at WM?
The Miz was pretty f*cking good. I know a lot of people don't think he's up to par with many of the other main eventers and I know it's only one match, but damn, what a match they put on.
That was the first time I seen the crowd react like that for any match, for a long time. Absolutely everyone in the building was behind it.
As for the Christian thing, Vince is just screwing with the WWE Universe at the moment. He knew we all wanted to see Christian as champ and anything other than that would not cut it. So, he gives us what we want, for the whole of 5 days and then boom...Vince trolls the hell out of us.
i don't think vince sees christian as a main event kinda guy. orton is more over with the fans right now and they're trying to build him up as the face of smackdown.
Surely IMO when Chris Jericho returns it will be as a face against randy orton (who took him out) another big name, could really make smackdown interesting again, maybe even better than raw
also, this is such a weak spoiler im not even gonna hide it, basically in a recorded match before raw for "superstars" (that no one watches) Zack ryder beat kozlov with outside help from curt hawkins
now, im not a major brothers fan, but the work Zack ryder has been putting in recently he deserves a push, and with the tag team division so weak, they could go to the top and finally get some decent air time Woo Woo Woo!
lol, theyd actually be entertaining, add them, with the usos, ryder and hawkins, bring back the hart dynasty, santino and kozlov, kane and show, WWE might actually have a tag team division once again
I think the big problems with the tag titles is that the champions can go where ever they want but the other teams cannot, therefore there is never any consistant story lines, eg. one week the big show and kane and beating on the corre, a few days later the nexus
Not if he's smart. They would job him out to Cena upon arrival.
Agreed; the Impact Center is just awful. But could they get a respectable crowd in a real arena?
yup. christian only got a short run on the coattails of edge cuz it bought time until the draft to put the belt on orton
the ppv's run too quick anymore. feuds dont mature on tv and you just get a card full of matches with no real story behind half of it. the ring work stuff is all good but i wanna know why these guys are fighting too. wwe and tna wont change cuz they need the money from ppv buys.
Even John Cena confronted Vince over this? Damn it, now I like Cena a little bit more.
Vince is a dick, there's no doubt about that, but he is right not to give Ryder any sort of push when all Ryder does on his show is bash the WWE about not getting pushed. However the way that Vince done this was completely uncalled for and out of line.
The pay discrepancy between stars and the undercard guys in TNA is amazing. Was listening to Tracy Smothers talk about it, guys like Kurt Angle, Sting, Hogan etc make $500,000+ a year because their "names" and then the lower guys not on contract make maybe $200-$400 a show (that's not including then paying for flights and accommodation).
