I think the big problems with the tag titles is that the champions can go where ever they want but the other teams cannot, therefore there is never any consistant story lines, eg. one week the big show and kane and beating on the corre, a few days later the nexus
Under Triple H's influence(?), WWE seems to sign more interesting talents outside of normal "WWE standard". They got the former Mistico and the former Awesome Kong. Now they just signed another luchador star from CMLL, Averno.
I think they may realize that not a lot of talents on the current Smackdown roster will make Sin Cara looks good in the ring. So they sign another luchador to work with another luchador.
BTW, that "new" finishing move, which looks a lot like La Mistica but without the armbar at the end, looks....... awkward to me.

Agreed; the Impact Center is just awful. But could they get a respectable crowd in a real arena?
yup. christian only got a short run on the coattails of edge cuz it bought time until the draft to put the belt on orton
the ppv's run too quick anymore. feuds dont mature on tv and you just get a card full of matches with no real story behind half of it. the ring work stuff is all good but i wanna know why these guys are fighting too. wwe and tna wont change cuz they need the money from ppv buys.

Also it seems that they just tag random people together now. Like you said there is no consistency within the storylines either.
They either scrap storylines and just book random matches or keep doing the same matches over again *cough* CM Punk and Mysterio *cough*
