Look at this clowns discussing T-Rex like they lived with it or as if it's a fact of life that they lived that way. One new evidence and your line of thinking is sent to the backburner. All these things are theories based on few collection of bones, stop acting like we know all the facts concerning how these beasts lived.

no, we are really really smart monkeys. where did you learn your evolution. damn.

We're neither smart monekys nor dogs. We all have the same ancestors but are quite different from them. Who has seen monkeys with squinty eyes?...I have.

Oh forgive us great Jerm. We're sorry we can't have a discussion of anything other than soccer and how great Canada is.

Screw you.

if you have to ask that question there is no point in even discussing it.

True. I am basing it on what I know of T-Rex. Other are basing it on Jurassic Park, which is mostly based on facts (although Crichton did invent a lot of stuff and took some licence with others). By the way Jurassic Park is a great book. I recommend it if you enjoyed the movies.

The theories are based mostly on the bones. Modern animals are also used as comparisons. For example, the skeletal structure is closer to modern birds. The bones are hallow with breathable passages in the vertibrate which is only found in birds (Bird use their vertibrates to aid in breathing to increase the efficiency of their lungs). It is generally believed that T-Rex had a great sense of smell. The olfactory part of the brain was about half of T-Rex's brain. A Dog uses about 1/4th. It's also generally believed that he scavenged and hunted because it is very difficult for animal that size to live off carion and because it was built for hunting in many ways.

Jerm sounds like the type that is always quiet scared and shy when out in the real world but when he gets behind the computer screen the real jerk comes out. Kind of like Road rage. Same with that GeeWizz kidd.

Just my impression of things.

My "never mind" was just meant as "live and let live". I'm not here to crap on someone's belief in Biblical Inerrancy or whatever.

Besides--we root for the same damn team. There are only about 200 Bobcats fans on Earth at this time.

I read all these long arguments and the only conclusion i can draw is that the Chris Bosh picture is hilarious and the best part of this discusion.

If chris bosh were a dinosaure what kind would he be?????
(other then a raptor)

So basically not much truth at all. Thats a very long winded way of saying that ;) Just stirring the bible bashers now.
