All of you morons dogging bibby because one bad season just need to shut up and watch basketball for a change ...because some of you here are only goig on hear say...

Bibby still is a top notche PG in this league FTR

Teams are lining up just to take bibby from the kings i.e Lakers Cavs Bucks Dallas Atl Boston etc.

Secondly Bucks would do this trade in a heart beat but they would really much rather Keep Yi so he could grow to be their Franchise player

Because Bibby would only be a rental for them and he will opt out to sign with a contender a la Dallas in 08-09

They want to groom Yi as their franchise player....but would deal their franchise player to Sac for Bibby?

i'm saying only if they were force to trade him...hence the situation they are in now....

but if they do it they would only do it to get his salary off the books when he opts out...to sign top tier 08-09 PF's like Brand JO etc...

because Yi hasnt played a damn game yet and sacramento wants to get rid of Bibby
If sacramento had the 3rd pick they would've took Yi
anyways nobody in milwaukee gives a **** about basketball anymore since they have the brewers winning

Bibby would have 1 season to earn his money and help a PLAYOFF-CALIBER team make a run in the poor east
at the end of the season he can leave or stay for smaller money and they could sign someone like Elton Brand at the end of next season

I think he meant, the Bucks want to keep Yi if it is at all possible; however, this would be a good deal for them if they decided to trade him.

Quote:
the bucks have about enough cap room to make the deal and they could throw in Gadzuric(5.7 Million)for safe measures
The Bucks have that much cap room? If they have 7 Mill in cap room they should be going after some legit FA's like G. Wallace. The Kings would get another crappy contract in Gadzuric and would have waaaaay too many PF/C's: Yi, Hawes, SAR, K9, Miller, Williams, and Gadzuric.

I wouldn't trade a trashcan full of dead fish for Bibby.
He isn't worth a tenth of his huge contract with the way his play has declined. An under six foot, unathletic point guard that can't shoot and is injury prone is not a real desirable commodity.
I know for a fact that you haven't seen Bibby play more than once or twice in the last season. You are talking out of your ass. Your opinion of Bibby is based on what you have read others post or writers write.

Bibby is 6 ft. He can shoot with anyone in the league; he's a great shooter, in fact. He isn't unathletic, the guy can jump and gets good hang time. He's just not very quick on defense which might be caused by crappy coaching and a lack of a shotblocker behind him (which makes a huge difference on any guard). He isn't injury prown. WTF are you smoking? He played 82 games. His contract isn't that bad, he expires in two years. Which would give the Bucks a ton of cap room in the summer where Bogut contract could be opted out of.

Any thing else?

^^That would've been the better move for him

Gerald Wallace is re-signing with the Bobcats
the bucks arent going after another sf because they owe bobby simmons so much money and both point guards are free agents

I consider Yi more of a small foward
brad miller, kenny thomas, abdur rahim all come off the books in 2010(if none are not traded before then) just in time for extensions for Yi,& Hawes(depending on their play)
Gadzuric can rebound and block + hes 7ft

Sacramento will have a top 5 pick in 08' regardless of keeping or trading Bibby
Oj Mayo fits perfectly for the type of player Reggie Theus wants and thats a player who is not scared to take over a game:

Yi does not seem like a SF at all. Putting Yi at SF is like putting Dirk at SF, it works on offense but you are screwed on defense.

My point was Gadzuric wouldn't really fit in with the Kings already crowded frontline.

Kings could sneak into the playoffs next season if they keep the roster relatively intact. They have a lot of talent on the team, its just a matter of good coaching and chemistry.

They have a talented starting 5 who aren't much worse than anyone's. Bibby/Martin is an above average starting backcourt and their frontline consists of the best defender in the league along with one of the better offensive centers in BM. Throw in vets like Kenny Thomas and SAR along with promising young players like Garcia, Hawes, and Salmons and you'd realize that they aren't that far from the playoffs than you think.

Hell, they made the playoffs in '06 with basically the same roster minus Wells but know they have an improved Martin, Salmons, and Hawes in his place.

Yup thats about 22 million coming off the books during an offseason that has the one of the best FA groups in recent history.

in addition to you not knowing what you are talking about with bibby (he had one bad season and hardly misses games, usually playing through injuries)...a trashcan full of dead fish would be stagnant on offense AND defense and probably wouldn't give you much hustle, reb, etc...at least bibby has legs...:

i dont mind your arguments here, but lets be real, Kenny shouldn't really be in a discussion of helping our team
