He wasn't when he first got hired. Couple the weight gain and the disease that paralyzed half his face, and you can't help but feel for the guy. I may be naive, but he seems like a nice guy. Good for him though to open his own place. Again, I think the "crossface chicken wings" need a name change. That's awkward.

Crippler Crossface and a Crossface Chicken Wing are two completely different moves though. The only similaritys are the "Crossface" in the name. Don't see the big deal myself.

Some of that stuff sounds really good and I'd definitely eat there, but anyone can make ribs that fall off the bone, all you have to do is cook them long enough.

Yeah, actually, I wasn't aware that entire order is a wrestling move. At first glance I thought it was homage to Benoit. "Try our Benoit chicken and THEN try breathing!"
