Good trade for all parties, maybe one of the teams throw a future first to the Wolves (since both teams are pretty much locks to make the playoffs it wouldn't be a great pick anyways). And Im assuming that team should be the Lakers since they are getting KG.
Every1 except Minny..they would be better off with the trade mentioned in the thread....
Suns would be sick with that lineup though, but could salaries work, AK makes a lot of money
I think Marion makes more than AK.
The wolves get Barbosa who is better than green
Millsap who at least currently on par with Bynum
And 3 1st rounders, 1 of which is likely top 7 or 8.
As well as an 8 mill expirer whom can help out a bit as well.

It is the equivalent of the AI for Andre Miller swap, only the TWolves get Millsap and an extra lottery pick out of it and get Barbosa instead of Miller.
Sound good to me.
The only problem is the Suns taking on too much salary. Trading one max player for two (one of whom has the largest salary in the NBA this year) is not what Steve Kerr was hired to do.
Oh, yeah... and Bynum is overrated and all.... but he's an oversized C with upside while Millsap is an undersized PF with somewhat limited upside.
Let's not get carried away with this stuff, here.

la does not have to use the MLE to sign mihm, he would be resigning so can be signed to any contract by the lakers regardless of thier cap space or lack of
I actually kinda like that deal for Boston and LA. Don't like it for Minny though. Sure they get some cap relief, but they still have guys like Jaric and Hudson on the books for 3 or more years. Blount too.

proposed deals with GS offer way more young talent, but kwame + theo=19 millions expiring next summer. if they really want to break it up, that's the way to go.
and, in long run, it's better for them to have something like 18 wins this year, than to have about 34.
