Default Jump on the Grizzlies bandwagon with me

I'm really starting to like the make-up of this team, I like their direction. I can see them being the 6th seed or so in the playoffs, provided Conley can contribute straight away.

CT: Milicic/ Swift
PF: Gasol/ Warrick
SF: Miller/ Cardinal
SG: Gay/ Kinsey
PG: Conley/ Stoudamire/ Lowry

Pretty damn solid. With an uptempo coach, the skies the limit.

Kwajo, I am now a Grizzlies fan (as a secondary team to the Celtics). Please accept me, I need acceptance.

I dont like them.

Millicic is still a scrub. Their backup big men are twigs. PG situation is not settled. They are in the West.

I doubt they make playoffs.

PG situation is not settled

Conley and Lowry is a great PG situation. Both are young and have a lot of potential. They are set at PG for a long time. They may not make an impact right away, but in a year or two they will be scary. The veteran presence of Damon Stoudamire should also help both of these players development. That is if he is willing to mentor them.

I agree with you Ced. I am really liking the make up of this team. The direction of this team is very nice.

I meant not settled in the way that I doubt they will get good production from that spot this year.

Milicic and Gasol are going to be so so so dam nscary together, they're both quite similar and they'll compliment each other perfectly provided Darko can play 30 minutes a night not in foul trouble

I thought of that after I made my post. I should've realized that is what you meant. My bad.

Anways, I am definetly on the Grizzlies badwagon. Mostly because of Conley but I also like other players on the team. They should be fun to watch this season.

They will be entertaining and athletically great but you look at that roster... they dont have a good bball IQ, yet. they need a team leader somewhere on the roster and i just dont see it with those players.

Lowry should start, Conley should back up, and Stoudamire should kill himself. That's ur depth chart

Conley may be a better "Point" Gaurd than anybody in that draft. The scoring PG is a dead scenario now. This is the new millenium, we want our PG's to lead.
