In an ideal situation, I could see Kwame breaking out. But since he's in LA and since he's playing with the Bean, he'll be average at best.

Kwame wishes he was Etan? Kwame provides solid defense and actually scores points.
Kwame's effectiveness is this: he's too lazy to gamble on steals or play help defense, and he's strong enough, so he's able to be a good post defender who doesn't get into foul trouble. He has a great vertical and good mobility so he's able to stick a few garbage buckets per game. And.... that's all. Sorry if I'm not impressed. Etan is better defensively, he's just as skilled offensively (as sad as that is for Kwame, his post game is no better, his jumper is better though) and he's a guy who makes big plays that turn the tide of games, and he's also a leader on the court and in the community.

Etan: 5/4/1 in 15mpg
Kwame: 7/7/.5 in 28 mpg

Wow Kwame's killing the stat sheet. That sure makes up for his utter lack of positive intangibles.

Break out with what....pimples? I can't see him having a breakout year. Who knows though. One thing that is good is that he's in LA...and there to stay I'm sure for a while. That has to be a good feeling especially when you have Kobe on your side. I would like to see him do well...we'll see. Go Bulls!

Once agan, you are basically saying Kwame and Etan are around the same player which is totally wrong,if anyone knows about garbage buckets,it's Etan. Kwame was basically playing PF for 3/4 of the season which obviously wasn't his natural position but when he went to center,he averaged 15/10. Kwame actually scores on hook shots and not garbage shots.

I can see Kwame being a 10/10 player with good defense...I'd take that in a heartbeat, I don't expect much from him anymore.

Has anyone ever broke out after their fifth year? He's just broke. The end.

if he learns to catch and go up strong/finish, Kobe and LO could feed him an easy 10-12 points every night.

Co-sign. They get him passes under the basket all the time, but dude has hand like stones and the ball just bounces off and goes to the other team.
