Allen Iverson chose not to be on any more International Teams. It has nothing to do with Team USA not selecting him to play for them.

well we're a jump shooter down.
I hope Bron and Wade can learn to shoot consistently and stop travelling.

They can easily add Vince to the squad. Can't they?...They need perimeter shooters now and Bron/Wade really won't do the job plus Euros seem to be scared of Vince.

Actually, you have that reversed.

Team USA did not select him, but Iverson want to represent the US again.

Wow I though't I was the only one who said this......it's dumb...The next thing is the term "Native American".....huh you don't call black Africans "Native Africans"....

It's the insiduos way the "MAN" de-humanizes and marginalizes people.

Why should they call black Africans native Africans when they still populate the African continent and are still the majority there?...

The more startling thing is why they call black Americans 'African Americans'.

Everyone knows the majority of people are of European descent in the U.S and Canada....there is no reason for the Native tag. Infact White people should be called EUROPEAN AMERICAN...the primary should not need a prefix.

African American springs out of the fact that some U.S ****** over 50 don't like being called BLack becuz they were born b4 the "BLACK is Beautiful" and Black POWER movements....they prefered to be called negro(which is dumb cuz it's black in Spanish) and Coloured....Hence the NAACP C stands for COLOURED.......

****** like Knoe born in or after the 60's have no problem being called "black"

SF-Lebron James
SF-Shane Battier
SF-Shawn Marion
PF-Elton Brand
PF-Chris Bosh

C-Brad Miller
*Good God is this team young and inexperienced

Injury reserve:
G-Luke Ridnour
SF-Carmelo Anthony
PF-Antawn Jamison

Btw, if you check out usabasketall.com, you can hear the Coach K/Jerry C press conference. In it, Coach K alludes to some potential strategy he might be using.

Also, it may really be up to Gilbert Arenas now to handle much of the long range shooting for the backcourt now that Kobe is gone.http://cbs.sportsline.com/nba/story/9550358
Hopefully, what this article says will show up nicely at the World Championships

where are the shooters? We might be in trouble in the world's. I dont trust Joe Johnson(so young and hasn't played many big games) to be my zone breaker. If im another team i say make them beat me with there jumpers and these is now a real possibility that we can lose the WC. They need to beg Bibby or R. Allen or R. Lewis or Vince to go play to ensure victory.

I dont know about you but without the shooters(Redd, Kobe, PP, Billups) i would want Bibby running point in the worlds before the other players.

We should be good for the olympics though.

Really?... I could have sworn I read an article that said that. My bad.

And no I am not mixing him up with Duncan.
