Default KG Got More Help

I think that the Wolves will be back in the running in the West now that they have Mike James at the point. Now KG has Mike James and Ricky Davis as a second and third option to pick up the scoring when KG gets doubled team. Plus the Wolves might try to get Reggie Evans, he'll help out with defense. I see the Wolves back in playoff contention. Now if they get rid of Marco Jaric and Trenton Hassell and get some more bench help, they make it to the NBA Finals.

How does getting rid of Trenton Hassell help? He's their best defender.

We need to drop Griffin and Hudson, and maybe Madsen

Sad to say, I don't think Mike James makes them better.. Seriously..

Now the Wolves have too many guards: Hudson, Jaric, Foye, James, Davis, Hassell, etc, etc........Somebody's on the way out..

Default If you got Mike

If you got Mike he does it all, dribbling, shooting, dribbling, shooting, ......

Just a little gunshy on the passing thing......if passing to Chris Bosh was a bad alternative I am quite sure the list of players on the Wolves he will pass to is pretty small (maybe KG).

james said he can't wait to dish the ball to kg in the post, and kg recruited him so he best give him the ball. Mike probably realized he was in a losing situation during a contract year so he wanted to put up the best numbers possible. he will help them

I don't know about that. Had he given Bosh the ball in crunch time we would have won at least ten more games. When it comes into the last four minutes dude thinks he's superman. He will lose you more games down the stretch than win them

i hope ricky davis takes at least some of the last minute shots along with KG because ricky is pretty clutch if he's given the opportunity. Also ricky davis likes to have the ball, im guessing like james...he likes to try to take over games.

The only thing ricky will be getting is a wide open look at Mike James taking all the shots and winning one out of every three games.......at least he'll be getting wide open looks!!

Ricky Davis should be traded!!! get a good PG, mike james isnt fit for that position and they dont really have a good point guard in the first place, troy hudson is getting older and is past his prime and jaric is starting to suck.

Out of James, Hudson, Jaric, Foye, McCants, Hassell and Davis you can leave Troy on the bench because he sucks.

So you have this

PG- Mike James/Randy Foye
SG- Trenton Hassell/Rashad Mccants
SF- Ricky Davis/Marko Jaric

what's wrong with that?

As previously explained our back court from positions 1-3 is set. We need to get a good center.

PF- Kevin Garnett/Craig Smith/Mark Madsen
C- Mark Blount/Eddie Griffin

Is the way it stands right now and that's not quite good enough.

its awsome we got mike james now the rookies have a chance to develope and once mccants n foye are done growing mike james n a few of the extra pgs can get traded for a better center...and ricky davis should stay he's one of teh few who can get the crowd back into the game

You nailed it Skywalker. Both of the 3s you mention can also play some 2 and 1 and you'll see James and Foye in the back court together sometimes too. PF position is fine of course. I'd put EG in as KG's back up and not allow him to shoot beyond the 3 point line.

We need a starting center and Mark Blount is not the answer. I was hoping the Vanilla Gorilla, Joel Przybilla would decide to come home as he talked about durng the season. Oh well, like half the other teams, we need a center.
