Creativity.

He jumped over a 7' player's head. He's done numerous windmills and 360's, even off of alley-oops IN REAL GAMES. He's done dunks that you would only imagine doing in a Streetball videogame. If anything, Vince had tons more creativity in his dunks than Jordan.

There's no comparison. Just watch any highlight reel on Youtube, and you'll come to your senses and agree.

I've never seen Erving do a 360. Only ever basic one handers, the 'rock the baby', and one two hander. One reverse as well.
David thompson was doing 360's at that time, so for creativity from the 70's it would be him.

No. Jordan had by far more creative layups. His in-game dunks were great, man, by not as great as Carter's. And, Carter is pretty much the only player who when he went up for a dunk, I could almost guarantee I would be amazed to the point where I would be trying to duplicate the dunk for weeks. Jordan had the same impact when he drove in for layups, but quite for dunks. He had those classic dunk contests, but even Carter beats him there.

I am a Blazer fan, so I had to add my boy "Glyde". He had hops and had a pretty dunk, but I made him my 7th because he only had a few variations; tamahawk, windmill, and some others, but did them so beautifully.

The Doc was absolutely the best. I don't care what others say. Vince was close, but I like those elegant classic dunks that he did.

1. Julius Erving
2. Vince Carter
3. Michael Jordan
4. Dominique Wilkins
5. Spud Webb
6. Jason Richardson
7. Clyde Drexler

Have you seen Carter on breaks?? He is the windmill king there are entire mixes of just windmills of Carter. All the 360s he does. The 360 two handed windmill he did around a guy. Watch the Alonzo dunk and then tell me that didn't take creativity.

Also, I forgot to add Lebron and Kobe to this list. Although, Kobe hits more threes these days than dunks. Nothing wrong with that, I suppose.

I dont care about fast break stuff.. all that open court stuff is extra and unneccesary...thats why Jordan and Kobe didnt really do it as much..Show me when he was creative to make a basketball play..Show me when he had to do something creative to dunk like Kobe does..

Vince is not as creative a dunker as his own peer Kobe Bryant

You obviously have some meaningless grudge against Vince, because if you looked at it from a neutral standpoint, you'd have to admit that Vince has put up much fancier in game dunks than Kobe. In those videos, Kobe shows power, but the windmills and 180's are just not as impressive and don't have as much finesse as Vince's dunks. On Kobe's windmill for example, he doesn't go all the way around. He does more of a double pump.

THIS is a windmill.
