the pic of wade holding the gold ball is fine...the pool is ok it's fun, it's a pool who cares... the w in the floor is ok too it's his family name, it's a throwback to times when rich people use to do things like that, but damn that altar deal is a little creepy, unless there is a real good story behind hit....
Pistons starting 5
ROFL... Dirk? Are you serious?!?!?! Dirk is the first guy to praise his teammates, the first guy to accept responsibility for the team losing, and one of-if not the-hardest worker player in the NBA. How has he every been arrogant or cocky? He's come from a very skinny shy kid to a vocal leader and top 5 player. I have nothing but respect for Da Fuhrer.
as someone mentioned, arenas is a jokester. i don't know this for a fact as i don't know the man, but he seems like the type to shake an opponent's hand after a loss, and to not take it too personally. i remember when the media made a big deal out of the words lebron whispered to arenas before his free throws in that series, as if lebron had psyched him out, or whatever. at least arenas doesn't have a "chosen" tattoo.
i can't imagine why nowitzki, nash, and jefferson have been mentioned.
Also, stat-padder? We can all see your agenda (although I admit, mine is to defend LeBron here). Come back and talk to me when Kobe has led his team to the finals... with a slow-as-**** Ilgauskas instead of a prime Shaq.
and what conference is Lebron James in? The Eastern Conference that's right. and Kobe is in the Western Conference, making it harder.
While not the most arrogant player, last year's biggest arrogant meltdown was Billups marching off the court in cleveland claiming that his team is still better.
I always thought that the pistons biggest weakness was the general air of arrogance that makes them compete hard. The only year they won their championship the odds were -completely- stacked against them and they wanted to prove they weren't underdogs. Save a few players like Tayshaun and Nazr, the team is way too cocky to make that big push to win another championship.
