Post Kobe Loves Coach K

... or does he really just hate Phil Jackson? Kobe Bryant was the most unselfish I've ever seen him during Wednesday's win by Team USA. Almost like watching a different player. I was wondering why ... maybe he's a patriot and the red-white-and-blue jersey has changed his outlook on the game? Or maybe not. This NBA blogger suggests he's dissing Jackson. Interesting.

Kobe has always liked Coach K. He said it himself. If he didn't go to the NBA right out of college, he would have gone to Duke to play with Coach K.

I would actually be more surprised if Kobe didn't like Coach K more than Phil. Who wouldn't prefer somebody who preaches positivity over a dude that mind f-cks his team?

As well he should. Look at the crap the Lakers inept management has surrounded Kobe with the past 3 years. So what does Kobe do......publically call them out and humiliate them. Lakers response.......sign the useless Derek Fisher.

Can't wait 'til Kobe leaves after next season and the Lakers get NOTHING in return.

Of course Kobe is passing more... he trusts the dudes on the court because they are all great players.

This is no dis of anyone... its all about Kobe wanting to play for Team USA (which he has always wanted to do) AND he wants to show everyone he's the best of the best who can lead.

That, in my mind is what he is thinking...
