Default FIBA: Canada vs Uruguay

This game should be at 3:30est by my reckoning. Does anyone know if and where it will be aired in Canada? I know the score are Raps tv will be showing a late night replay, but it's not on the score's daytime schedule, and theyre the ones who have been airing them live.

A lot of big games coming up for Canada. Group A is much weaker than B, and Argentina isn't nearly the team that it is when it's big guns are playing. Hopefully Canada can run the table, or close to it, and get in the top 4 after this round is done.

This will be a tough matchup for the American ISH posters. Who will they choose to make fun of the most? Will it be Canada, the usual USA dumping boy? Or will it be Uruguay, the country with a name that is topped only by Uranus in terms of potential for childish puns and double entendres?

Stay tuned: same ISH time, same ISH station!

Canada should come out with a win in this one.

Think the Score said 3:30 but whichever. Interesting to see how Batista does. I was a bit surprised to see him averaging 22 a game or something like that.

Batista has been carrying Uraguay on his back. Currently averaging 23 and 15.

Did anyone actually see the game advertised for the afternoon on the score?

Ive checked their tv listings, and this morning I checked the tv guide, but neither had the game listed (which isnt that surprising, since the final sched was only set late last night).

Fantastic. I was worried that for some reason the score only had the prelim round.

I also was thinking vegas was in the Mountain time zone rather than specific, so it looks like an edit is in order.

The Canadians have a lot of talented names that you'd recognize. The only players I know on Uruguay are Mazzarino and Esteban Batista.

Canada has; Carl English, great shooter/ball handler
Samuel Dalembert, we all know him
Famutimi(dont know his first name) , he is a great shooter.
A White PF (cant remmebr his name either lol) he has some post moves and can hit from mid-range.
Juan Mendez, probably the second best player besides samuel dalembert, or maybe carl english.

^^ Don't forget Denham Brown at guard, who started at UCONN for a couple years, and Andy Rautins who's only on the team because he's the coach's son (and now he's injured :).

Rautins led Canada in scoring at the pan am games. He's not just there b/c he's Rautins son.

Canada looks good early, despite Dalembert's foul trouble.
