Default Ballhandling problems due to ball size ect. HELP!

Hey ISH...

I play PG right, and during last season my handles were pretty hot.
But during the off season, EnglandBasketball changed the rules so the two youngest age(u13 and u14) groups of competitive competition use a size 6 basketball.
I play for an u14 team, so that's fine, BUT i also play with the older team, who use a size seven and i'm having real problems....

All summer i have been shooting thousands of makes, ball handling drills ect. with a size 6 thinking i will get more court time at the younger age group. But, i was told i will be getting more court time at the older age group this year, to go along with my nearly 40 mins at u14.

And now, my handles with a size 6 are going to pieces and my handling with a 7 is even worse!

The place i practice is uneven and bumpy and stuff but still.....

It's realy depressing....

What should i do???

your shot should have been affected a lot more than your ballhandling.

I've been shoting about 800-1000 makes a day with a 6, so i'm ok with shooting, i haven't barley touched a size 7 this summer, so i'm not sure what my size 7 shooting will be like...

dont worry bout the ball size it dont matter bout the ball size, just work with a size 7 ball and ull be good with both, ur shot will be more affected by the size diff. then your handles, just practice bout 2-3hrs a day dribbling doin tricks and stuff and ull get use to it.
