Tonight on ESPN2 at 11:00pm. I guess if you have nothing else to do tonight, you should watch.
Uruguay is not a particularly good team outside of Esteban Batista (Hawks fans might know him ). Batista is averaging 21.5ppg and a tournament leading 14 rpg, as well as playing 37 minutes a game.
Uruguay's also lost to venezuela and Canada, so...eh
Stoudemire, for his part, must be ready to resume his customary position beneath the basket, as the team will likely focus its efforts on keeping Esteban Batista off the glass. The Atlanta Hawks' restricted free agent, who hauled down a tournament-best 20 boards on Tuesday, leads all players with 84 rebounds – 35 more than the next closest player.
Other than Batista and guard Nicolas Mazzarino, who is averaging 19.0 points per game in the tournament, there are few players who should give the Americans much trouble.
Reading into the comments of Alberto Espasandin, the team’s head coach, perhaps he expects as much.
“I think that for our players to even play against the top of the NBA, the US team, is just an incredible experience,” Espasandin said Tuesday. “We will just make sure to rotate and give a chance for all of our players to get game time. Other than that, we will just rest up and recharge our batteries for the following game.”

URU - Espasandin takes blame as Uruguay slip up
LAS VEGAS (FIBA Americas Championship) - Uruguay coach Alberto Espasandin took the blame for his team's dismal performance against Venezuela on Tuesday.
The 88-79 setback has left the Uruguayans with three wins and three defeats, and they will be underdogs going into clashes against the United States and Brazil.
Espasandin said: "I've failed to relay the importance of this game to my players. This was a very important game for us and Venezuela played intelligently during the whole game.
"Now, we have to focus on tomorrow's game (against the United States) and then on the Brazil game."
It's hard to see how Uruguay might beat the United States, who have been brushing aside opposition so far.
The Americans are loaded with NBA talent.
"The game against the United States will be an unforgettable experience," Espasandin said.
Well it seems like the Uruguayan Coach already thrown in the towel before the game starts. It would definitely be a memorable ball game as the USA will probably use this one as a drill in preparation for their upcoming games againts the Argentinians.

Nope, he's doing the same thing Nellie did to the Mavs... We stand no chance tonight if the players read this.

Uruguays PG: Osimani would actually flourish in the NBA i think. It's not like he just has a really artificial shot like that marizzano guy. No Osimani actually seems to have some serious skills at the pg spot. He's powerful, excellent ball handler and a superb passer
