Yeah, Walt Frazier was better than Jason Kidd. As for passing and playmaking, Frazier was more than enough, but he was also a genuine scoring threat. He was also a better defensive player than Kidd, and Kidd is an excellent defensive player. Frazier could score and make key plays in the clutch, while Kidd has tried to up his scoring in the playoffs.
I think Frazier's new-money fashion flaunting was immature, but on the court, he was a completely different and mature leader.

Those are the only categories that matter and honestly Kidd is better in the most important ones. Passing, ball handling, court vision, quickness, and making his teamates better are probably the 5 most important attributes in a point guard. Unless he is arguing for Kidd this is a bad way to prove his point.

there is no way Kidd is quicker than Clyde. Clyde was like a cat. great athlete. Kidd has quick hands but not quicker feet.
I won't get into categories but Frazier was a better player than Kidd. There are IMO only two guys that have played the PG position you could argue as being better than Frazier and that's Magic and Isiah. The man is mad underrated.

i never really saw walt except for in the game 7 blowout against the lakers where he looks like the best player ever. anybody older than me wanna give a basic description of what his play style was and why he should be ranked this high? i guess i kind of have a slightly better dennis johnson in my head when i think about him but i would never have thought to rank him over stockton or cousy.
