oh and when something is over .5 youre supposed to average up. he did 7.6. thus you should say 8 points.
Playing behind an all star guard. Itd be like sasha vujacic or whoever the lakers back up sg is. maurice evans or someone?
It's not called hating. If Kobe was more NBA ready, he would have averaged more than 7 (or 8) points a game regardless of how talented the 96-97 Lakers team was. It's not called hating if all I'm saying is that Lebron was more NBA ready in his rookie season than Kobe was in his rookie season. Doesn't mean I'm trying to say that Lebron's better though. I think Kobe's the better player at this point. So to say that I'm being a ***** is innacurate.
Thanks for the video , I remember that game i was really excited to see Lebron James doing his stuff againts then powerhouse team Sacramento Kings. That is probably one of the best rookie debut of all time, it just show the glimpse of the future that one day Lebron James will finally conquer the NBA.
not to mention he finished that game with 25 points and 9 assists as a HS rookie in his debute. That was very impressive. I remember when Lebron had a very dismall pre-season that same year and everyone was ready to write him out as a bust. He looked like the typical rookie during pre-season but then exploded in the regular season.
Monta Ellis had a better high school career then any of the 3...He won Mr. Basketball of Mississippi, had a 78 point game and averaged over 31 points in his senior year...Quit overlooking the kid just because kobe and lebron are in their prime and monta is just now getting started...
