A big transition for Lewis will be playing predominantly at power forward this season as opposed to his normal small forward position. He is having to make the switch after Battie was deemed likely out for the season with a torn rotator cuff in his left shoulder. And because the Magic want to surround Howard with long-range shooters, playing Lewis at power forward allows them to keep Hedo Turkoglu at small forward.
i know battie isn't exactly an allstar, but they are SO thin up front i can't see them making the playoffs.
foyle, gorat... i think thats all they have for backup PF's and C's.
look for howard to boost his rebound #'s up to 15 a game.
I certainly agree with your statement Lewis is no Bosh, he will get abused every night in the low posts. I have never seen Lewis consistently played the PF role in the NBA and it might cause some major concern on the Magic's coaching staff.
I said he probably would play PF about a week ago. He could have an advantage over many bigger slower PF.

Well anyway I see Rashard's rebounding numbers going up from the 6.6 average last year and his career high of 7.0 I predict him averaging around 8 rpg this year. His scoring will also go up because I think he will play better with Dwight Howard than he did with Ray Allen. On offense I expect him to play more as a perimeter player anyway.
